Returns

If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase within 14 days from the original date of purchase. Returns must be done online only. We cannot accept online returns in stores.

Step 2:

You will then be prompted to enter your order number and zip code. Your order number can be located on the packing slip or on the email you received from us. If you need assistance in finding your order number, feel free to contact us!

Step 3:

Once you follow the steps on the returns site, you will be provided with a prepaid UPS label. You will need to print it out and attach it to the package. 

Item Conditions:

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. We do not accept items that have been worn or altered. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, and shoeboxes. All suits must be returned as a whole, they must include jacket and pants.

Shipping:

No shipping charges will be refunded. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will be deducted from your credit.

Damaged Items:

If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while filling out your RMA form.

Returns/Refunds: 

All refunds must be made using our return site and our prepaid return label, and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card. Please allow 10 business days for processing your return once we receive it. 

Credit Cards:

If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact our Customer Support and you will receive your refund in Karako.com credit.

Deal of the Day:

No returns on deal of the day only exchanges or store credit.

Online Promo Codes:

All online promo codes are subject to certain restrictions. You must enter the specified promo code at checkout in order to receive your savings. Valid only for new purchases. Discount may not be applied to Everyday Low Price products, tuxedo rentals or the fees and taxes associated thereto; or toward the purchase of gift cards. Discount is not combinable with other promotional offers. Coupon is not redeemable for cash or credit.Customers returning items purchased with this coupon will forfeit the amount of the coupon applied to those items; the Karako Suits return policy will apply to the remainder of the purchase. Returns Beyond 14 Days:

Returns after 14 days, but not exceeding 90 days, are eligible to receive a gift card for the returned amount or store credit that can be used only at our retail locations, not online.
