Free Shipping *Free Shipping applies to UPS Ground shipping within the continental US. Customers are responsible for their state sales tax and shipping and handling tax. Karako Suits offers free shipping to any one of our stores in the tri-state area. The store you select will contact you upon receipt of your merchandise to arrange a pickup at your convenience. To take advantage of this offer, choose the Free Shipping to Store shipping option when you select your shipping method during the checkout process.
Drop Shipping Drop shipping is a supply chain management technique in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. Please allow 2-4 business days to process drop ship orders. Calvin Klein Suiting, Ralph Lauren Suiting, Statement Suits, and dress shoes are drop ship items. Items that are titled with (Exclusively Online Only) are also drop shipping items.

OUR EASY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that things happen, so if you're not satisfied with your items, we accept orders for return or exchange now at an extended time period from the date of purchase.
We are happy to accept orders for return within 14 days from the shipped date and for exchanges within 30 days from the shipped date if your items meet the following criteria:
Items cannot be worn and must be in new and used conditions
Items must not be washed
Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
We do not accept any online purchased items returned to any of our store locations under any circumstances. All returns must be processed online.

Enter your order number and zip code. Your order number can be found on your packing invoice and or order email confirmation. It starts with KS-.
Once you successfully submitted your request, you will be provided with a prepaid label to ship back your merchandise.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. We do not accept items that have been worn or altered. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, and shoe boxes. All suits must be returned as a whole, they must include jacket and pants.
No shipping charges will be refunded. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will be deducted from your credit.
If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while processing your return.
All refunds must be made using our return site and our prepaid return label, and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing your return once we receive it. There is a $4.95 handling fee on returns.

If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact our Customer Support and you will receive your refund in KarakoSuits.com credit.
Deal of the Day:
No returns on deal of the day only exchanges or store credit.
Online Promo Codes:
All online promo codes are subject to certain restrictions. You must enter the specified promo code at checkout in order to receive your savings. Valid only for new purchases. Discount may not be applied to Everyday Low Price products, tuxedo rentals or the fees and taxes associated thereto; or toward the purchase of gift cards. Discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers. Coupon is not redeemable for cash or credit. Returns Beyond 30 Days:
Returns after 30 days, but not exceeding 90 days, are eligible to receive a gift card for the returned amount or store credit that can be used only at our retail locations, not online.
